Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your SummerUSA purchase! Each piece is designed to bring a little bit of lake life wherever you go. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help make it right.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of your purchase.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The original tags must be attached.

  • You must include the original sales receipt or order confirmation.

  • Returns must be shipped back or brought to our store within the 14-day window.

⚠️ Please do not remove the attached tag until you’re sure you want to keep the item — returns without the tag cannot be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved returns will be processed promptly in one of the following ways:

  • Refund issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchange for a different size, color, or product (if available).

  • Store credit for future purchases, if preferred.

Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
